it doesn't have a sign but historically this is Sunset Cottage.  it looks across Grove Avenue and Chapel Park, from which this was taken in order to include the white hydrangeas.

if further renovation details are your primary interest, well, I hope you're patient.  it's in a bit of a slow phase at the moment (there's been no sign of the Excellent Trim Carpenter in months) and this space has been subject to a great deal of topic drift accordingly.  but the kitties and I are pleased for you to stop by any time.
