walking back across the Circle to catch the light a bit earlier than yesterday shows these lillies under more conventional illumination.

the camera is a Nikon D70S; the glass of choice is a 24-120 VR or 70-300 (I rarely use the 18-70 that came with).

same here and I recently bought the 70 - 300 lens but do not have the 24 - 120 but will look into that after typing this :)

I rarely use the 18 - 70 anymore now except for action shots of the kids playing like that one of Imogen on the trampoline I think I used that lens for that.

I took a look at the grove webcam earlier on and the trees are wonderful. Made me feel sick having to live here like this. I hate this city at the moment and long to be somewhere like that
