architect and kitchen planner will be on site Friday afternoon. 

phase II of the work might have a chance to happen after all. 
but then again, this is construction we're talking about.  dunno about mileage but timing will definitely vary.  still, it's pleasant to contemplate the prospect of progress.  there's plenty of time later for the inevitable shattering of illusions.
