in some ways surya namaskara in the morning differs on the road from at home, but nonetheless the practice provides a supportive continuity that helps hold things together and in at least some balance.  the usual suroundings of the Circle and its trees are visible from here (or anywhere) in the mind's eye, which is infinitely portable.
