you bet (http://irw.rocketry.org.uk/modules/content/?id=3), though in this case I suspect that 'international' means 'Scotland + England'. and there is this slight issue that the horsies get priority for access to the range until mid afternoon. the rocketeers have to wait until then for their turn and to clear each launch (http://irw.rocketry.org.uk/modules/news/article.php?storyid=8) with GLA ATC.
