commission approval

the HPC has approved the porch repairs and refenestration.

the scope of the work does not meet the minimum for a building permit but our interpretation of the regulations is that façade changes do require their approval.  we provided "before" and "proposed after" images showing the existing sliding door and the desired double french doors flanked by a pair of 2-over-2 windows.
