[OT from cottage renovations]

with the morning free while my sister's conference wound up, I set off around the suburban wasteland.  there was, as it has been said of other places, no there there. 

as we were fixing to leave town, however, this prospect came into view - reeds reflected against the background of a reflected tree.  the body of water is a sediment control pond located under an enclosed walkway in the Amtrak station.

George - this is such a beautiful photo, and taken in a place that, when I was there, appeared to have no beauty at all. Great job! -- Greta
