a friend and neighbour called over the weekend with an invitation to a gathering at her place the evening of Saturday the 30^th, when the rerefenestration rededication will be happening.

there's massive overlap among those invited, and neither of us is in a position to reschedule, so we have decided to avert the potential schedule collision by turning it into a progressive event, taking place in two historic Grove cottages. pedestrians with wine glasses and stick or glass pony riders can stroll (or canter or trot) up and down the walkways. refreshments are beng offered at both ends of the trip.

what's neat about this is that she, too, has new windows on her cottage, so we can dedicate both sets at once.
