let the painting begin / who's in charge here?

as predicted, the painter and his crew showed up to start on the surface prep and priming.  they are planning on coming back tomorrow (Saturday) as well. 

with multiple crafts on the job site, the Excellent Trim Carpenter is now the foreman.  he advises that his supervisory services come at a $2 daily surcharge -- hang the expense, full paint ahead!
