[OT from cottage renovations]

the day started out relatively mild but by afternoon a cold wind had turned it all chilly and blustery with just a few random snowflakes skittering through the air, fidgeting and wiggling like unsettled children. 

the lighting was indifferent but I went out anyway and with Peake for company found these details in Howard Park.
