the Excellent Trim Carpenter is back in Town, and not a moment too soon. 

there are a few things to be done which I haven't wanted anybody else to touch:

• fabricate and install storm windows;
• fabricate screens;
• minor adjustments to the doors and beam pockets
• revisit the porch deck/front steps overhang.  I don't like the "trip lip" but am not certain how to deal with it.
