I hadn't been planning on going anywhere today.  Vermont next week, yes; and California a couple of weeks later, yes.  but not anywhere else, not today. 

so it was a bit of a surprise this morning to learn of a 956 mile offset in my location.

judywatt posted a link to walkscore.com, a site that rates a location's walkability using an API to Google maps.  it determines an address from two args: street + number and postal code.  fair enough.  but give it 15 the Circle and 20880 and what you get is the 20800 block of Route 15 in Concordia Parish, Louisiana.  it doesn't rate as very walkable, either. 

if I'd had any sense I would have stuck around for some of that cajun cooking.  mmmmm.  but no leisure for that: I was lucky to get back in time to feed the kitties.
