Saturday: breakwater kelp

by early Saturday afternoon there was a strong sea-level breeze blowing down the channel, clearing out the air and directing the wildfire's smoke and ash elsewhere.  the tide had come in and there was some chop so some waves were topping the breakwater, depositing on its upper face the occasional piece of seaweed.
