surveyors, pt. 9 (near miss, but no cigar)

to my great excitement, a large flat envelope came in the mail from the surveyors.  it contained their invoice and a several copies of a wonderfuly detailed drawing containing anything one might wish for: parcel boundaries, the house footprint, markers and monuments, delineation of the abandoned alley right-of-way, careful measurements of dimensions and setbacks, the surveyor's official seal ... and a shed that was removed 10 or 12 years ago.  errare humanum est. 

so I called to point out the anachronism and they will be sending along another set.
