painting starts Monday, inshallah

with the estimate in hand we're now looking at getting the surface prep underway next week.  the scraping, sanding, caulking and changing out the glazing putty will be time consuming to be sure but getting them done properly is quite important. 

when the surface prep is complete a primer coat (with a mold retardant mixed in) and two surface coats will be applied.  I'm already wondering how to prevent enhancements in the form of kitty pawprints.
